About The Candidate
I am running for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education – At Large Seat.
I am a proud mother of two adult children who graduated from the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and went on to earn their college degrees. This district helped shape their futures. I believe WS/FCS can do the same for every child, regardless of their social and economic background.
For over 25 years, I’ve served the children and families of this community as a school social worker, advocate, and leader. I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive, and fully funded public education. Together, we can strengthen our schools, support our educators, and create the future every child deserves.
